Founded in Optics Valley of China (OVC), Wuhan in Nov., 2005, Wuhan HC SemiTek Co., Ltd (HC SemiTek) is a hi-tech company specializing in R&D, manufacturing and sales of blue and green LED chips. By March, 2008, the company has 191 employees. With RMB 150 million of initial investment in fixed-assets, HC SemiTek owns a landscape of 10 hectares and a 7000m2 clean-room foundry. This foundry has a production capacity of processing 10,000 2-inch wafers per month.
